Muthig Industries is pleased to announce the addition of Sean Ahern to our team as Vice President of Operations effective January 29, 2024.
Sean is a Fond du Lac native, having grown up in the area. He has spent the past 4 years at Strauss Brands in several roles. Most recently he was the General Manager for Operations where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations, inventory and cost initiatives. He led the transition of a production line as it took on an entirely new product – including sourcing, pricing and production KPIs. Prior to that role, Sean was responsible for Supply Chain and Warehouse fulfillment during a time when the business was integrating new acquisitions and implementing a new ERP system. Prior to working at Strauss, Sean worked for KBX Logistics in a variety of roles.
With his diverse background, we are confident that Sean is the right person as we look to grow Muthig as a part of their acquisition by Weller Metalworks in 2023. We feel confident that our customers will value Sean’s experience and quickly realize that he is an operationally focused individual that will help ensure we continue the legacy of high quality and on-time delivery at Muthig Industries.
